Returns
You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.
To start a return, visit our Return Center and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a return shipping label and further guidance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
